Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group yoga classes, an ideal way for many people to begin their yoga journey and develop their own personal practice is through private 1:1 yoga classes. A personal yoga session is also a great place to start if you have specific individual needs due to injury or other medical issues that will benefit from more individual guidance than you might get in a group class setting. Specifically tailored to suit your personal requirements. If you are pregnant I highly recommend booking a 1:1 session to talk through the modifications and understanding of why they are important and most importantly give you the confidence to develop a nurturing and support practice for your pregnancy and birth.
