These classes offers a unique blend of somatic movement, yoga, and breath-based rest practices to release tension, soothe your nervous system, and help you feel calmer, stronger, and more confident in your body and mind. You will be invited to explore slow, body-aware movements to gently unwind held tension, standing postures to build balance and inner strength, and deep, restful poses to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Over time, you may notice improved flexibility, posture, strength, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of meeting the inevitable waves of everyday life with ease. Each session includes: - Somatic movement to release tension and support posture - Breath and awareness practices to calm the nervous system - A calming space to be guided through supportive movements - no experience needed Whether you’re feeling stiff, stressed, or simply seeking a little space to breathe, this class is here to support you. Please bring your own mat, cushion and blanket. I will provide any other equipment you will need. Join this 6 week course for just £49 Option to join a Live Somatic online class on a Thursday at 6pm (£5 for the whole 6 weeks) This ‘add on’ will also include access to the 'Breathing Space' video library to access recordings. Spaces are limited to support a calm and spacious environment. Early booking is recommended to secure your place, it helps me plan well and ensures you have a mat waiting for you. This is a six-week course, booked as a full block. Payment secures your place and is non-refundable once the course begins. If you can’t attend a session, you’ll still have access to the video library so you can stay connected to the practice.
